Michael Zogala is an associate attorney at Kahn, Gordon, Timko & Rodriques, P.C. He has been admitted to practice in the State of New York since 2008 and joined the firm in 2010. Originally from Canada, Mr. Zogala received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School (Toronto) in 2007, where he focused his studies on complex litigation and mass torts. While in law school, Mr. Zogala was an editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and his work has also been published in the Canadian Class Action Review.

Mr. Zogala is a well-respected trial attorney whose practice focuses primarily on personal injury litigation on behalf of Plaintiffs who have been injured as the result of motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, premises accidents and medical malpractice. He has counted a Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York among his clients and he is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
